This folder contains avatar images for content authors.

## Naming Convention

`{author-handle}.png` — e.g., `henry.png`, `nina.png`

## Specifications

- **Format:** PNG with transparency or solid background
- **Size:** 400x400px minimum
- **Style:** Defined in author's style guide (photo-realistic, illustrated, abstract)

## Generation

Avatars can be:
1. AI-generated based on style guide description
2. Stock photo (if photo-realistic)
