- Playwright config with webServer for landing dev server (port 3010)
- e2e specs for landing page and database cross-check helper
- exclude tests/e2e from vitest to avoid runner conflict
- add frontend-design skill (official Anthropic plugin) to project skills
- ignore Playwright test artifacts
