usulpro	c4e0beea9e	tracking: add "резюме" exclude to javascript_jobs_feed The feed is a digest that mixes candidate CVs and vacancies; resume posts all carry "Резюме" while vacancies carry "Вакансия". Excluding "резюме" (script lower()s Unicode, so it catches "Резюме") drops the CV noise — validated: 216 seen → 24 kept, 0 resumes, all vacancies retained.
