What NOT to Do (Early Stage)
- ❌ Don't build a complex web app — a landing page + PDFs is enough
- ❌ Don't spend on Facebook/Instagram ads before organic content works
- ❌ Don't create 10 themes at once — depth over breadth
- ❌ Don't worry about subscriptions yet — validate single purchases first
- ❌ Don't over-automate the custom order process — manual is fine for first 50 orders
- ❌ Don't use copyrighted character names/images — create original themed art
